2002年7月到伟德BETVLCTOR1946始于英国工作,2008年破格晋教授。2002年以来从事小麦谷蛋白及抗逆基因的功能与作用机制以及小麦面粉品质和抗逆育种等基础理论和应用研究。承担《遗传学》和《植物分子生物技术》等教学任务。主持国家转基因专项、国家863、国家自然科学基金面上、山东良种工程重大、山东自然科学基金、山东优秀科学家奖励基金等项目。以通讯或第一作者在本领域SCI期刊 Plant Cell Environ,Plant Mol Biol, Theor Appl Genet, Mol Breed,Gene, Food Chem, Amino Acids,Electrophoresis等发表论文21篇;授权国家发明专利4项;作为主要完成人获得山东省自然科学一等奖(2006)以及教育部科技发明二等奖(2008)各1项;伟德BETVLCTOR1946始于英国教学能手(2010),伟德BETVLCTOR1946始于英国教学成果优秀奖(2012,2017),发表核心教学论文3篇。
